right. im like 13 and a half. and i weighhhh, well.. last time i checked about 7 stone? anddddd my height is like 5'3. When i tell some people that their like ooo your not overweight. you look fine and all this. now thats fair enough thats there opinion, but i want to feel happy with MYSEF? because then i'll have confidence in myself. Basically, i want to get rid of the belly fat, and the thigh and calf fat, and tone it up. i want to cut out my junk food and replace it with healthy filling NICE things, so i wont just resort back to junk cause i hate the healthy stuff so much :L (which is what i normally do). and little exercised i can do in the morning/evening? any help ? :| xx
