When will the Bursar drop me from my cles- and can they do that?

Yes they can and will drop you from cles if you have an outstanding balance. When they contacted you they should have given you a pay by date but if they didn't check with the school financial calendar for last day to pay date. you are lucky they are not dropping you from your summer cles as well, they can do that.
