Is it normal to have EXTREME dryness in eyes 4 after LASIK surgery?Please anyone im going crazy?

Dryness is one of the best decribed side effects of LASIK. The keratome cuts through corneal nerves decreasing reflex tearing. It does tend to improve with time. I would try refresh plus preservative free hourly. you may need Restasis or punctal plugs after some time. If it has only been four days to a month, I wouldn't worry that this will be permanent at this point.
