and i need to give blood to my dock for 1 a check up 2 bipolar meds but iv gotten so petrified of needles where i wont give blood any sugestions besides dont look or listen to music some unique sugestions some sugestions that might help me cause i do have a mental problem where when i am petrified i am petrified i wont do it no matter what so u have to find something outrageously cool and a great idea for me to try it .............
