Can I sue a hospital?

After a cesarean birth I had anemia and exhaustion, hospital staff ignored my pleas for help in nursing my baby who was colicky and treated me in a condescending manner.CPS therefor took my son away based on false accusations of neglect, when in truth I were given no istance.I would like to file punitive damage claims for emotional trauma due to their failure in duty of care toward me.Is there any solicitor you can recommend brave and smart enough to help me?.
