Child custody and changing schools?

see a lawyer fast, but you now (he) now has physical custody of son, while you have the child get a dna test done to prove this is his son, once paternity is determined a birth certificate can be issued with dad listed as father...then precede from there...the flip side is that he doesn't have any court ordered child support payments over his head!
