I cut off my Ex after what he did to me & now he has stopped payin me the money he still owes?!!!?

Met a guy 10 months ago through another guy friend we were like best friends & were also very attracted to each other. During the early stages he told me that he wasn’t looking 4 a serious relationship with any1 at the moment. So we were not intimate but stayed close & got EVEN closer than b4. That was when he started sayin that Im someone that he would really like to b with as I am very intelligent, ambitious & very articulate. I even went to the US on holiday & he would call me from the UK & talk to me for ages were so close. Then we started seeing each other officially & things didn’t 100% work out as he wasn’t in the frame of mind for a relationship & he was a very self centered he's a Gemini. Every time we tried to move on we would always somehow go back. We finally broke things off 4 good as I gave him 1 last chance 2 tell me what exactly he wanted & he said that we should b just friends & would no longer be intimate as it was confusing the whole situation as he was not ready
