IS my best friend is love? is she obsessed? is she desperate or just foolish?

My bestie is clingy on to this guy for 1 year now. they had . they were friends before for 5 months or more. from the start he tried telling me not to trust her. he tried to break up our 8 year old friendship. he told me had a girlfriend, when my bestie asked him he denied it. wtf? he lied about schoool, his job, etc he claimed he has plenty of money, yet apparently once after a visitation when she did not want to have with him, she woke up the next morning her wallet was missing form her desk. she has never found it. he actually bragged about stealing in an argument, which makes me think he stole it. she keeps chasing after him. he answers the phone rudely, he basically treats her like she is bothering him unless he wants to have with her, once she says no, he ignores her again. he had a girlfriend when they had too. this boy tries to keep a good image. he always talking about god and how he would never cheat. he even lied about how many siblings he has. i hgihly doubt anything he sasy is true. ALL his stories keep changing or claims he never told them. he denies memory of some stories he told us. he's so ugly he has acne, buck teeth, he is so skinny and frail looking, he's 4 ft 11. we know he ruined part of his sense of smell in his nose thru cocaine use.
