Was the club in Georgia in which Ben Roethlisberger is accused of a 21+ bar or an 18+ bar?

Now I am in no way condoning what Roethlisberger may or may not have done. is always wrong no matter what the cirstances are. I am just curious because the accuser is 20 years old. I just want to know if it was a regular bar (21+ only) or a club that allowed people to be there over the age of 18. If it is the former, then she must have had a fake ID or have known the bouncer. Does anyone know the age of that Georgia club/bar?
