What is the best site to find cheap, but dependable, cruise deals?

My family is planning on going on a cruise in February and they are going with a group from their allotment but the price seems a little high. I'm going to go one way or another but everyone keeps telling me to get on-line to find better prices but there are so many sites out there. Does anyone have a recommendation for a site they have tried and had good luck with?
