When I rub the electronics panel of my Ibanez b on my pants, it makes a crackling noise. How can I stop it?

It is because your guitar is not properly shielded. You can take your b guitar to a repair tech and ask them to thoroughly shield the electronics and this will fix the problem. The underside of the pickguard (if you have one) and the cavity that holds the electronics needs to be insulated with copper foil or metalic paint.
