YuGiOh Rate my Water Deck -- Help Fix Please?

In order to help you out, we would first like to know as to what kind of a Strategy you are playing with. The way you describe the reason for your present Deck construction, it seems more that you are playing a Counter Deck aginst Decks that use Blackwing, Judgment Dragon and Lightsworns. What would happen to your Deck if you were to play against a Burner? With 3 Solemn Judgments, it would be a piece of Cake to get your LP's down to Zero in Record time?!
