I read it. It is confusing. To me it sounds like it is an argument from the intellect only with no real proof necessary. Basically if you can conceive God intellectually He must exist. I think what she did to me was totally cold, mean, unnecessary and childish on her part. I know I hurt her but she hurt me too. I told her I wouldn't "bug" her or "pester" her anymore with texts, e-mails, calls, etc. I even said and wrote down via e-mail and on paper that I was sorry and apologized for any wrong I did to her. She actually told me that I pestered her and her family to try to get her back. She wants me to leave her alone and I respect that. I still don't see why her and can't be friends. I'm totally done with her as a girlfriend but I'd like to stay friends. She was my first love but I didn't realize it until after we broke up. Do these kinds of things happen a lot in a serious break-up situation and eventually p on anyway over time with people staying friends anyway down the road? Her and I have mutual friends together to, which makes it feel kind of awkward. She even asked her friends to remove me from facebook because I was asking questions about her. After I broke my elbow a few seasons ago I decided to get elbow guards.....I have Sixsixone elbow guards and yes they have adjustable straps but believe it or not..they are comfortable and I don't even feel they are there. I bought a guitar off of ebay. I can't get close to it for the time being, as I'm trying to get the smoke smell out... but the action is way too high. It has a beautiful sound. Hard wood maple neck on alder body with an old Khaler system on it. When I get the action down to an acceptable region the high E buzzes as does the low E. When I get it down to where it should be it presses against the 12th fret. I will take it to a luthier but any idea what should be done? Is it ever impossible to fix a neck? The neck itself is hard wood maple and feels great. It's a Squier Pro Tone Fat Strat. For those of you thinking, "oh Squier..." just google Pro Tone. It's not your typical squier. How do I stop an aggressive rooster from beating up our duck?

We got two day old chicks and a day old duckling 2 weeks before Easter. They are now several months old, and the results are a hen, a rooster, and a drake [male duck]. We know hes a male because hes almost got all of his adult green and red mallard feathers. The hen and the duck spend almost all of their time together, and whenever rooster and hen would fight the duck would come in between them and break it up. Well recently the rooster has started ignoring the hen, but now he focuses his attention on our duck. Now rooster, who is bigger than the duck chases the duck and the hen has to get in between the two to stop the roosters aggression. They are not food animals, they are strictly pets and they currently live in a closed 8ft x8ft pen, with a large coup [with nestboxes and roosts] on the side. They also have another 8ft x 8ft pen that is in the middle of a gry, bug filled area that we put them in for playtime after dinner. They all grew up together, and rooster has only shown aggression since we got back from an 2 day/overnight stay at a friends house. Is this just a phase or will they go back to getting along? They are all near ual maturity, if not already, and the duck was imprinted to think he is a chicken. Im guessing Ritz [the duck] thinks he too is a rooster but he is smaller than Elvis [the big meanie].

We down loaded the parts list from Briggs based on the engines serial number and used those numbers to buy the correct carb rebuild kit. It worked like a charm. No, you are not wrong. There has to be a balance in everything. I understand that you are overworked and stressed out with all the responsibility over your shoulders to provide and care for your family and still manage to strive for some happiness. Well, I think she just got used to her new lifestyle as a housewife and a mom, and this is not easy on her either. Well, yes, you could expect her to keep up with the house and stuff, at least I would, but maybe she is going through some kind of depression? Have you talked to her about this possibility? I think it was a good idea for her to pursue the Transcriptionist career at home, because then she would have a more flexible schedule and be home more for the baby and you. I find myself in kind of your situation right now, except my husband works (drives truck over the road), but is never home (2-3days a month if so). I absolutely do EVERYTHING -- I mean everything possible -- I work, I clean the house, I wash the car, I mow the gr, I have a vegetable garden (save money in groceries), we have 2 dogs (I provide all the care, bathing, feeding, walking, etc), I pay all the bills and settled ALL our debts (depending on him, we would be deep down in debt), still do volunteer work and am going back to college for nursing. So, yes, I totally understand your feeling of being overcharged with everything. Feels like we're playing this game alone, it is discouraging and stressful. But if that serves as comfort, you are doing a good job as a husband and provider. I know many men out there who are not working and care less about their families. My husband cares less about me, and him being over the road driver he spends too much money, more than he should. We don't have any kids and we're in our 30s now. There has to be a way to talk her into motivation and action, without being pushy. I know it's easier said than done, because you want things to start changing right now. But it can take some time. You guys are still so young and I think you love each other very much, and the baby is living proof of that. The vows you guys made when you married should be kept -- in sickness and health, etc -- you guys are not liars, are you? I know you are not. Today is Monday night where I am, this began on Tuesday afternoon. I was at my college gym and got onto a rowing machine. The person that had been using it before me had left the handle bar up. MAJOR PROBLEM :'( PLEASE PLEASE HELP....?

OMG! Things went horribly wrong this morning! My dad FINALLY agreed to buy a new PC for the office. We originally have a COMPAQ Presario S3100NX desktop PC (Windows XP with an 80GB ultra DMA hard drive), and he replaced it on Friday with a brand new HP Pavilion P6000 desktop PC (Windows 7 with a 750 GB hard drive) thanks to an awesome black Friday deal! Unfortuantely, out of pure excitement, my dad removed the old PC (mind you, without cutting all the files and pasting them onto an external hard drive) and hooked up the new PC in its place. My dad remembered just this morning that he needed to remove all the old data before discarding the old PC. When he came to do so, he plugged the computer into an outlet in the dining room, and that's when things went wrong. He shocked himself and fried the computer! The computer literally lit sparks and made crackling sounds. He said ouch, jumped in surprise, and quickly unhooked it. He then plugged it into a different outlet in the house, and he had the same exact results. Except this time, the computer made louder crackling sounds and then went into pure silence. It's dead now, completely dead. I'm very disappointed because we have everything from the past 8 years on that hard drive. Important files, doents, photos, etc. all lost :'(. Please tell me that it is possible to remove the hard drive from this COMPAQ and put it into the new HP. All we want is to remove everything from the COMPAQ hard drive and put it on either an external hard drive or on the HP hard drive. Please give me some good news, will the new HP PC be able to read the old COMPAQ hard drive? Your time, help, patience, and understanding will be very much appreciated.

Back wheel clunking noise.?

I have a "96" mercury Villager, and replaced most of the braking system, lines, ABS, Master cylinder. Last few weeks, I started to hear a clunking noise driving down the street. The faster I drive, the faster the clunking. I press the brakes, it goes away, and when I let up it starts up again, but the brakes work fine. Could it be a bearing starting to go out? Could it be bad brake hardware? I replaced all springs and so on including shoes, and cylinders. What could it be?

I just had a baby five months ago, but not lly; she was born c-section. It sounds good, although in college admissions personal essays, you don't have to talk about what you plan on doing or what you've done. They can see that when they look at your transcript. It might be better if you took out the parts where you talk about what you plan on doing. It's good that you lay out your accomplishments, but I think there might be too many moments where you're trying to sell yourself, when it might be better to jus focus on the stories about how you've sacrificed and made yourself become strong and let those stories speak for themselves.

Why do i feel like this? (GIRLS ONLY)?

English Mastiff story.?

My 15 month 140lb English Mastiff is usually a coward and loves all people, even strangers. I never thought he would protect us. We recently moved and had the cable people installing cable. My wife was home alone with the mastiff when the cable was being installed. When the first cable guy got to the house the mastiff refused to leave my wifes side, but wasn't bothering the cable guy, so my wife left the dog inside. The cable guy asked if another cable guy could come meet him at our house so they could go to lunch after the job was done. When the second cable guy showed up he didn't knock, he just walked in the house like he owned it and started to walk towards my wife. Our mastiff jumped on the guy and wrapped his arms around the cable guys kneck and penned him against a wall, and put his nose right in the cable guys face. He never groweled are barked and when my wife pulled him off he was fine. Does anybody else have similar stories about there Mastiff.

Im 20 years old, my boyfriend is 23 years old and I am 5 months pregnant. We just moved into our own house about three weeks ago. Before that I lived with my mom and he lived with two room mates who are very good friends of his. But let me say, I hate those two men. They are the most disgusting low lifes ever. Because of things that have happened in the past, I told him when I first got pregnant that he was not aloud to live with me and be with me if he was going to continue his ways of drinking and going to bars, and that if he wanted to be with me he had to stop. (I never threatened and never would take his child away). However if he wanted to continue that lifestyle, I told him we could split up and have joint custody of the baby when he's born. ANYWAYS he chose to stop the partying, and now we live together. But not he wants one of the former room mate to live with us the month of March, while he is waiting to move in with other mutual friends. I was in a good mood when he asked me, and I told him yes- so long as he doesn't have girls over at the house and so long as my boyfriend still doesn't go out to bars and come home late and start pulling bullshit like before. but now im stressing out hard, I hate this guy. Puddle after defrosting my freezer chest?

I wanted to sell the old freezer chest in my new home. I viewed it twice and all the food was frozen fine before I moved in. On possession day, it was empty and clean (defrosted) inside and still running, then I unplugged it. The next day there was a puddle of water under it. Also there was a rust stain on the vinyl floor there too so I'm uming it's done this before. Is this a clue that the freezer is dying? It is a Coldspot which is the brand Sears used before Kenmore, so it is an old freezer..

I just went on facebook a few minutes ago. they said my account was unavailable temporarily due to site maintenance and there was a pop up for a type of account "authorization" where they asked to verify: first and last name, city, province, postal code, phone number, credit card number, credit card PIN (yes. they asked for the PIN...), credit card security code, date of birth, social insurance/security number, drivers license number, and employer. to me....thats A LOT of information for facebook to want to verify....especially the credit card number, social and drivers license...i didnt give them any more than i already had on my facebook page, so i entered zeros for the other stuff. but why on earth would facebook need to verify all that? is that odd?

Why am I such a failure in life?
